You're planning a major change. But is your organisation ready for it?
Asset upgrades. New contracting relationships. Technology implementations. Restructures. Process redesigns.
Every transformation you're planning comes with complexity. Not just technical complexity, but human complexity.
The reality? Most change initiatives struggle not because of poor planning, but because leaders underestimate discomfort, misread stakeholder readiness, or push forward without understanding the human side of the equation.
You're about to invest significant resources and energy into this change. Wouldn't it be better to know what you're walking into before you begin?
What if you could see around corners before commencing the journey?
Our Change Readiness Assessment gives you the insights you need to transform uncertainty into confidence.
In just 4 weeks, we can help you understand:
This isn't generic change management consulting. It's data-driven, psychology-based assessment designed specifically for leaders who need evidence, not assumptions, before making critical decisions.
How it works
WEEK 1 | INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
We start by deeply understanding your planned change, success criteria, and stakeholder landscape. Together we'll align on the assessment approach and create a communication plan that positions this work appropriately with your teams.
WEEKS 2-3 | DATA COLLECTION
Through targeted surveys and interviews across your stakeholder groups, we gather both quantitative data and qualitative insights. We measure understanding, perceived impact, capability, trust, and readiness - creating a comprehensive picture of where your organisation stands.
WEEKS 3-4 | ANALYSIS & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
We analyse the data, run a workshop with key stakeholders to validate findings, and develop your Change Readiness Report. This includes readiness scores, stakeholder segmentation, identification of barriers and enablers, change opportunities and risks, and a recommended approach to move forward successfully.
WEEK 4 | FINDINGS PRESENTATION
In a focused Executive Debrief, we walk you through what we found, what it means, and how to mitigate risks. You'll leave with clear recommendations on implementation approach and stakeholder engagement tactics.
ONGOING SUPPORT
We don't disappear after the report. A 30-day check-in call ensures you're on track, and you'll have email access for ad-hoc questions as you move into implementation.
What you'll receive
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Depending on your needs, we can also provide:
Who is this for?
This assessment is designed for leaders who are planning significant change and need to understand their organisation's readiness before moving forward.
Whatever change you're planning - if you're accountable for making it happen while maintaining operational excellence, this assessment will give you the insights you need to succeed.
Why this matters
Because guesswork is expensive.
When you move forward with a change initiative without understanding change readiness, you risk:
Our approach is different. We use evidence-based methods grounded in organisational psychology and behavioural science to give you objective insights about your organisation's readiness. You'll make decisions based on data, not hunches.
HUMAN-CENTRED
We recognise that change impacts the human experience of work. Our assessment puts people first, ensuring your approach accounts for the real concerns and capabilities of those affected
EMPATHY-LED
We take the time to understand the thoughts, feelings, and perspectives of your stakeholders - not to validate what you already believe, but to uncover what you need to know
DATA-DRIVEN
Every recommendation we make is backed by quantitative and qualitative evidence gathered directly from your organisation. No generic templates or one-size-fits-all approaches
PSYCHOLOGY-BASED
Our deep understanding of human behaviour and how people respond to change provides the foundation for interventions that actually work in environments like yours
How is this different from a typical change management engagement?
This is purely diagnostic. We're not implementing the change or developing the full change strategy (unless you choose that as an optional add-on). We're giving you a clear-eyed assessment of your organisation's readiness so you can make informed decisions about how to proceed.
What if the assessment reveals we're not ready?
That's valuable information. Better to know before you've committed resources and lost credibility. We'll provide specific recommendations on what needs to happen to increase readiness, and you can decide whether to adjust your timeline, approach, or scope.
Can we do this internally?
You could, but external assessment often reveals insights that internal teams miss. People tend to be more candid with external consultants, and we bring objectivity that's hard to maintain when you're embedded in the organisation's culture and politics.
How much disruption will this create?
Minimal. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Interviews are 45-60 minutes each. The validation workshop is 2 hours. The Executive Debrief takes 1.5-2 hours. We've designed our approach to gather rich insights without creating undue burden on you or your teams.
What happens after the assessment?
That's up to you. Some clients use our findings to refine their internal approach. Others engage us for change strategy development, implementation support, or leadership coaching. We're flexible based on what you need.
What's included in the post-assessment email support?
The email support is for brief questions and clarifications related to the assessment findings as you begin implementation - things like "We're seeing pushback from this group - does that align with what you found?" or "We've just found out we need to bring implementation forward by 3 months - what should we prioritise?" If you find you need more extensive support like developing detailed change roadmaps or communication plans, facilitating additional workshops, or ongoing implementation guidance, we're happy to discuss those as separate arrangements.
Don't invest in a major change initiative without understanding what you're up against.
In just 4 weeks, you could have the insights you need to move forward with confidence - or the evidence you need to adjust your approach before it's too late.
