Most change initiatives struggle not because of poor planning, but because leaders underestimate the human side of the equation.
Asset upgrades. Technology implementations. Restructures. Process redesigns. Every transformation comes with complexity — not just technical complexity, but human complexity.
You're about to invest significant resources and energy into this change. Wouldn't it be better to know what you're walking into before you begin?
Our Change Readiness Assessment gives you the insights you need to transform uncertainty into confidence. In just four weeks, we can help you understand where discomfort will emerge, which stakeholder groups need more support, what readiness gaps could derail your timeline, and whether your approach and timeline are realistic given your organisation's current state.
This isn't generic change management consulting. It's data-driven, psychology-based assessment designed for leaders who need evidence, not assumptions, before making critical decisions.
What the process looks like.
WEEK 1 | INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
We start by deeply understanding your planned change, success criteria, and stakeholder landscape. Together we'll align on the assessment approach and create a communication plan that positions this work appropriately with your teams.
WEEKS 2-3 | DATA COLLECTION
Through targeted surveys and interviews across your stakeholder groups, we gather both quantitative data and qualitative insights. We measure understanding, perceived impact, capability, trust, and readiness - creating a comprehensive picture of where your organisation stands.
WEEKS 3-4 | ANALYSIS & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
We analyse the data, run a workshop with key stakeholders to validate findings, and develop your Change Readiness Report. This includes readiness scores, stakeholder segmentation, identification of barriers and enablers, change opportunities and risks, and a recommended approach to move forward successfully.
WEEK 4 | FINDINGS PRESENTATION
In a focused Executive Debrief, we walk you through what we found, what it means, and how to mitigate risks. You'll leave with clear recommendations on implementation approach and stakeholder engagement tactics.
ONGOING SUPPORT
We don't disappear after the report. A 30-day check-in call ensures you're on track, and you'll have email access for ad-hoc questions as you move into implementation.
What you'll receive.
CORE PACKAGE
Change Readiness Report
A comprehensive analysis including:
Executive Debrief
A focused 90-minute session with you covering findings, mitigation strategies, and go-forward recommendations.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
How is this different from a typical change management engagement?
This is purely diagnostic. We're not implementing the change or developing the full change strategy (unless you choose that as an optional add-on). We're giving you a clear-eyed assessment of your organisation's readiness so you can make informed decisions about how to proceed.
What if the assessment reveals we're not ready?
That's valuable information. Better to know before you've committed resources and lost credibility. We'll provide specific recommendations on what needs to happen to increase readiness, and you can decide whether to adjust your timeline, approach, or scope.
Can we do this internally?
You could, but external assessment often reveals insights that internal teams miss. People tend to be more candid with external consultants, and we bring objectivity that's hard to maintain when you're embedded in the organisation's culture and politics.
How much disruption will this create?
Minimal. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Interviews are 45-60 minutes each. The validation workshop is 2 hours. The Executive Debrief takes 1.5-2 hours. We've designed our approach to gather rich insights without creating undue burden on you or your teams.
What happens after the assessment?
That's up to you. Some clients use our findings to refine their internal approach. Others engage us for change strategy development, implementation support, or leadership coaching. We're flexible based on what you need.
What's included in the post-assessment email support?
The email support is for brief questions and clarifications related to the assessment findings as you begin implementation - things like "We're seeing pushback from this group - does that align with what you found?" or "We've just found out we need to bring implementation forward by 3 months - what should we prioritise?" If you find you need more extensive support like developing detailed change roadmaps or communication plans, facilitating additional workshops, or ongoing implementation guidance, we're happy to discuss those as separate arrangements.
