A TEAM-LEVEL APPROACH TO RESILIENCE, RECOVERY, AND PERFORMANCE
You may be seeing it in the small things: shorter tempers, increased absence, slower decisions, or shortcuts being taken where they normally would not be.
Or perhaps it is more visible. Persistent fatigue. Disengagement spreading through the team. Experienced people quietly looking for the exit. A demanding period the team does not seem to be recovering from.
When systems cannot absorb sustained pressure, it lands on people - affecting wellbeing, performance, safety, and morale. Simply telling people to be more resilient will not address the conditions creating the strain.
Our Building Team Resilience Program helps you understand where resilience is strong, where it is at risk, and what is shaping your team’s ability to adapt and recover. We then work with your team to develop practical, team-owned strategies that support recovery and sustained performance
This is not a generic wellbeing initiative. It is a structured, psychology-based approach to strengthening the conditions that help teams hold together under pressure.
What the process looks like.
STEP 1 | INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
We start by deeply understanding your context, the pressures your team is facing, and what you're trying to achieve. Together we'll align on the approach, agree on logistics, and develop communication to introduce the program to your team.
STEP 2 | DIAGNOSIS
Through a Team Resilience Profile Survey completed by all team members and a confidential Leader Interview, we build a clear picture of where resilience is strong and where it's at risk. You'll receive a Team Resilience Profile identifying strengths, risks, and opportunities, along with a Key Findings Briefing connecting the patterns to your specific operational context - and initial recommendations for quick wins.
STEP 3 | INTERVENTION
Your team participates in a Half-Day Workshop to debrief findings, deep dive into priority areas, co-design practical strategies tailored to your operational realities, and develop a Team Resilience Action Plan. You'll receive a 90-Minute Leader Coaching Session debriefing the Team Resilience Action Plan, identifying your role in its success, discussing the leadership adjustments that will make the biggest difference, and establishing how to maintain momentum.
STEP 4 | POST-PROGRAM SUPPORT
A 3-Month Check-In Call to review progress on the Team Resilience Action Plan and discuss what's working and what needs attention.
What you'll get.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
Who is the Building Team Resilience Program for?
The program is designed for leaders whose teams are experiencing - or may be at risk of - sustained fatigue, burnout or declining resilience. It may be particularly useful following an extended period of high demand, during ongoing operational pressure, or ahead of a significant change or challenge. It is for leaders who want to protect wellbeing and sustain performance without placing responsibility for resilience entirely on individuals.
How is this different from a typical wellbeing initiative?
This is structured diagnostic and intervention work, not a wellness program. We assess the system-level conditions driving strain in your team, then work with you and your team to address them - not just offer coping tools for an unchanged system.
How much disruption will this create for my team?
We design the program to fit within operational realities. The survey takes 15-20 minutes. Workshops are able to be run in sessions that accommodate shift patterns and scheduling constraints. We work around your team's operational calendar, not against it.
What if my team is sceptical about resilience work?
Scepticism is understandable, especially if previous initiatives haven't addressed the real issues. That's why we start with a robust diagnostic and play back what we actually heard. When people see their concerns reflected accurately and are given real agency to co-design solutions, scepticism tends to soften.
What if the issues go beyond what the team can control?
We're explicit about distinguishing between what's controllable at the team level and what sits at the system or organisational level. Where systemic issues are identified, we document them clearly and can work with you on how to raise and address them with the organisation.
What happens if team members are already in acute distress?
If the diagnostic reveals team members who need immediate support, we'll identify appropriate clinical referral pathways. This program is designed to build resilience; it doesn't replace clinical intervention when that's what's needed.
