Dr Meg Hooper
Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal Consulting Psychologist
As our founder and fearless leader, Meg brings over 20 years of psychology and consulting expertise to every client engagement. Her specialisation in organisational change management and building strong and resilient teams enables us to solve complex strategic challenges while ensuring stakeholders feel safe throughout the transformation process.
With a PhD in Organisational Psychology and a reputation for developing powerful workplace cultures, Meg leads our business with both scientific rigour and practical insight.
When she’s not transforming organisations, Meg runs a circus school, juggles life with two teenage daughters, loves to whip up her favourite Ottolenghi recipes, and dotes on Scout, her anxious Groodle and our unofficial furry co-worker.

Sarah Kim
consulting psychologist
As a Consulting Psychologist, Sarah brings her Masters in Organisational Psychology expertise to optimising workforce relationships and processes and cultivating safe workplace cultures. Her analytical approach combines psychological principles with evidence-based practices to enhance employee engagement and assess and respond to psychosocial hazards.
Sarah employs the Scientist-Practitioner Model to design strategies that foster positive work environments and meaningful organisational change.
Outside of work, Sarah dotes on her cat, Aegi (who remains stubbornly unimpressed) and, despite her Korean heritage, maintains an unwavering devotion to Aussie meat pies.

Anne Waldby
consultant
As an organisational change expert, Anne brings over two decades of experience in designing and implementing transformational strategies across diverse business environments. Her skill in building trust-based client relationships comes from actively listening to business needs and providing practical advice informed by her holistic understanding of organisational dynamics.
Anne's work spans SMEs to global matrix organisations in both Australia and the UK, with expertise in behaviour change, leadership development, and stakeholder management.
When she hangs up her change management hat, Anne navigates life with a teenage daughter and a temperamental puppy named Dude who has very specific ideas about how walks should be conducted.

Jacqui Keller
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
As our Chief Operations Officer, Jacqui keeps everything running behind the scenes so that our consulting team can focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Her passion for business strategy, project management, streamlining processes, and handling finances not only ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of Carousel Consulting but actively drives our growth, efficiency, and adaptability.
When not orchestrating business operations, she's juggling life with two school-aged kids, twirling at theatre jazz classes, and skilfully delegating kitchen duties whenever possible- proof that knowing when to outsource is a true operational talent.

Ava Matthews
BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER
As our Business Support Officer, Ava works alongside Jacqui to keep operational elements running smoothly while pursuing her university studies in film and screen. She brings fresh perspective and creative energy to our administrative processes, assisting with everything from daily office management to special projects. Ava's organisational skills and attention to detail help maintain the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that supports our consulting team.
After wrapping up her support duties, she channels her artistic talents as a circus performer, specialising in the rare and impressive skill of hula hooping on pointe - combining dance precision with spectacular circus artistry.

Scout
CHIEF security officer and team support groodle
As our dedicated furry co-worker, Scout brings unmatched enthusiasm to office life while serving as Meg's loyal executive assistant.
Her core responsibilities include rigorous security protocols (barking at suspicious passers-by), environmental restructuring (strategic shredding of coffee cup holders), and ensuring team morale through mandatory petting sessions. While occasionally anxious about her demanding role, she tackles each workday with boundless energy and dedication.
When not performing her office duties, Scout can be found monitoring her family’s whereabouts with impressive GPS-like precision and practising advanced techniques in the art of canine persuasion.
Whether you're looking to transform your workplace culture, enhance workplace relationships, or improve ways of working, our team is ready to partner with you on your journey.
