Our story


Carousel Consulting began in 2004 as a provider of consulting services that drew on organisational psychology principles to help a diverse range of clients navigate their people challenges. Over time, we developed deep expertise in the human dimensions of change, recognising a crucial insight: while technical solutions receive significant attention and investment, it's the human elements that often determine whether transformation succeeds or falters.

As our journey continued, we found ourselves increasingly drawn to the unique challenges faced by asset-intensive organisations.
