Change to any organisation typically means culture change. Either as a product of a restructure or a change to strategy. We help organisations understand their culture and the symbols, systems and behaviour that need adjusting in order to transform for the future.
We believe teams are the heart of the organisation. We have helped teams navigate through change and challenge through our Strong Teams programs and by focusing on team purpose, team processes and optimising team performance and resilience.
Projects are often the vehicle organisations use to deliver specific transactional change. We partner with organisations to provide project change management services that focus on the adoption and uptake of the change and protecting the benefits of the project. We know the two biggest diluters of benefits realisation are “workarounds” and passive resistance. We incorporate this understanding in to our change management solution design.
Building strong resilient teams
In the face of change and challenge, truly resilient teams maintain and optimise their performance. Research shows that a group of resilient individuals does not necessarily make a resilient team.
Contemporary models of resilience focus on resource acquisition. That is, acquiring internal and external resources to resilient behaviour in both individuals and teams. In a team this looks like a set of positive behaviours that become “the way we do things in our team” when we are faced with difficulty.
Using a series of team and individual assessments, workshops, exercises and plenty of discussion – we help teams access the resources and tackle unhelpful influences that shape their behaviour when the pressure is on.
As no two teams are the same, we naturally tailor our programs to tackle the specific changes and challenges facing each unique team.

Measurement and Assessment
Assessment has been an important part of some of our best consulting solutions.
When based on strong valid assessments, people and change management solutions are stronger and “stickier”. We offer bespoke assessments alongside well-established, and scientifically validated assessments. Our difference is the extensive debrief and interpretation we provide our clients and participants.
Our bespoke assessment projects have included staff engagement surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, team strength assessments, change readiness assessments, organisation and team culture surveys, and safety culture surveys to name a few.
We are a channel partner for the Revelian suite of psychometric assessments for selection and individual development projects. In addition, we use the Workplace Big 5 personality assessment by Paradigm Labs, and the R@W Toolkit to measure individual, team and leader resilience in the workplace.
